1 pound ground beef
chopped onion (to taste and optional)
1 can mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
mashed potatoes
1. Cook ground beef and onion together until well done and browned.
2. Add mixed vegetables.
3. In a bowl mix cream of chicken soup with water until it is gravy
texture (about 1/2 soup can of water).
4. Pour thinned soup over mixture in pan and simmer until hot.
5. Serve over mashed potatoes. (also good over rice or pasta)
