This looks good! I am amazed at how many easy 2 or 3 ingredient recipes are out there. Makes me want to try all of them!
1 pound white almond bark (broken into pieces)
1 jar (18 ounce) peanut butter
1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with plastic wrap long enough to overhang
the dish by several inches on each side.
2. Place broken bark into a large glass microwave-safe bowl and melt on
low power in microwave for about 5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds to 1
minute. When coating is smooth and creamy, stir peanut butter into it until
fudge is thoroughly combined.
3. Spread fudge into the prepared baking dish.
4. Refrigerate until set, 1 to 2 hours. Lift fudge out of pan using the
wrap for handles and slice into squares with a pizza cutter.
