I love corn anything and this pudding looks so good.
Simple ingredients and simple preparation and look how attractive it is:
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
1 (14 1/2 oz) can creamed corn
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 ounces sour cream
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy cornbread mix
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Pour into greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
2. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
