CINNAMON SUGAR WAFFLE FINGERS


These would be good (in moderation of course) along with some eggs
and hash browns, or a nice omelet.


1 frozen waffle
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1. Cut the waffle into sticks (1/2 inch).
2.  Melt the butter with the sugar and cinnamon in skillet over medium heat.
3.  Add waffle sticks and cook, turning often, until caramelized and crisp.  (2 or 3 minutes)
