We ate scalloped potatoes when we were growing up...
they were pretty good as my mother made them...
now you see all kinds of variations with different things added ...
I thought this one looked pretty easy to make and really good
with the bacon...
I have made them numerous times with chopped ham...
but I will be making this one soon....
