Here is a plain and simple idea for breakfast or even for lunch.
You could add lots of things to this if you choose to...
bacon, ham, onion, hash browns...etc. etc....
of course if you do it wouldn't be as healthy!
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 low fat flour tortilla
1 tablespoon reduced fat shredded cheese
Cook eggs in a pan and place on center of tortilla that has been warmed in
microwave.
Put cheese on top of egg and roll up.
