PENCIL ARROW VALENTINE

I have always had mixed feelings about Valentine's Day...

I love the holiday and pretty things that go with it...

but I never jumped into it right after Christmas went by...

it made me feel like I was just putting the special meaning of

Christmas in the background and going right on to another holiday...

...so as a craft person I always put some space between the

two events...I waited to start making all these cute heart things until

I got over the let down after Christmas went by so fast....

...but I am going to start posting my Valentine's Day crafts

now so any of you who might want to make them will have time

to do it without a big rush just before it gets here....

VALENTINE DOUGHNUT POPS

What a quick and easy idea this is....

just add a stick to a chocolate covered doughnut and waa...laaa!

you have a cute little, delicious looking doughnut pop!

...these would be great to give as Valentine's or Easter treats....

and perfect to serve on a treat table at a party for any occasion

including birthday parties...

I love this super easy idea...you could even add  'frosting' names

or dates on them....

PIZZA CASSEROLE

I am always amazed at how many things you can use refrigerator biscuits for...

we keep a can of them, and a can of crescent rolls on hand all the time

and it seems like every time we use them we come up with something

different...and each thing is just a good as the last...

CLOTHESPIN CATERPILLARS

This is a quick and simple little craft...fun for kids to do....

and adults....one lady said she will probably put magnets

on the back of them and use on her refrigerator...

I think they would be cute to clip around the kitchen...

...when I was a little kid caterpillars was one of the living

creatures outside that I was not scared of...I enjoyed watching

them....

FESTIVAL OF SLEEP DAY

Today is:

Festival of Sleep Day!

I could celebrate this holiday right now by going and

snuggling back into bed and sleeping for hours...

good excuse to take a nap don't you think ??

So another year has passed by and a new one is starting...

we want to wish all of you the best of everything in the New Year....

this year my resolution will be the same as last year....

to spend my time thinking of the many people in my life

that have been there for us during some difficult medical events I have

gone through...we appreciate so much just knowing you care....
